Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order number and cancellation request.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow the usual processing time for your payment provider to complete the refund.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

We cannot guarantee cancellation of orders that have already been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable laws, including statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights.
