Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email.

Please include your order number and contact details to help us process your request.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, where required by law.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Returning Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw.

You may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by applicable law and where you were properly informed of this obligation.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where statutory exceptions apply, including certain personalized goods, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and other exceptions provided by applicable law.
